Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product (e.g., incorrect item, variant, or quantity).

  • The product arrived damaged or defective (e.g., torn packaging, broken item).

Important Notes:

  • Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery confirmation (based on our tracking system).

  • No returns for change of mind, size/fit issues, or buyer's remorse.

  • Personalized, digital, or perishable items (if applicable) are non-returnable.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us immediately via email at selectivefinds786@gmail.com. Include:

    • Order number.

    • Photos/videos of the issue (wrong product or damage).

    • Delivery date.

  2. We'll review your request within 24 hours and approve/deny it.

  3. If approved, we'll provide a return shipping label (free for qualifying cases) or instructions.

  4. Pack the item securely in original condition/packaging and ship it back within 3 days of approval.

Refunds

  • Full refund (including original shipping) issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Partial refunds may apply if the item is damaged due to mishandling during return.

  • Shipping costs for non-qualifying returns are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment via your account dashboard or by emailing selectivefinds786@gmail.com. No refunds for shipped orders except as outlined above.
